Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on accessories such as hats, socks, or undergarments.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the issue in your message.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
